- A personal response asociate establishes two-way voice communication and assess the situation
- The associate contacts a neighbor, family member, or emergency service based on your specific need.
Caregiver Tools Location Service
The steps below explain how a caregiver can locate a loved one using MobileHelp's caregiver tools.
- Log into your web-based MobileHelp Caregiver Tools account
- Request updated location
- Communication with the device is established
- The location of the device is shown on a map. In addition to the location you can also find the speed, direction and nearest known address information.
